About OOOOOTech
OOOOOTech is a research and consultancy learning futurist that informs of bespoke management systems for various industries and sectors. As the enhanced version of shaiomarali.net (defunct since April 2022), OOOOOTech aims to deliver innovative and reliable consultations that help clients optimize their business processes and performance. OOOOOTech’s consultancy offers a range of services, including but not limited to database development, learning management systems, and web applications.
More recently, OOOOOTech has included artificial intelligence, blockchain and extended realities turn-key technologies integrated into management systems. OOOOOTech’s mission is to create systems and platforms that meets the specific needs and challenges of each client, and its vision is to become a leading advanced technologies software development company for Brunei.
The name ‘OOOOOTech’ refers to 5 core systems developer/Operations teams, viz. DevOps, DataOps, DevSecOps, CloudOps and AIMLOps engineers and architects operating on system development, data, security, cloud computing and artificial intelligence/machine learning respectively. Ancillary developer teams are ChainOps, User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) designers, SDETs (Software Development Engineers in Test), SREs (Site Reliability Engineers) and QA in QI/QC (Quality Assurance on Quality Inspection and Quality Control).
OOOOOTech’s competitive advantage is thus its expertise and flexibility in consulting on developing bespoke management systems, its strong end-user service and support, and its commitment to quality and security. Its motto is ‘Phygital Transformation’ denoting that the next evolution of digital landscape is phygital landscape, on how “companies try to engage customers due to the exploitation of smart technologies” (Mele, Spena and Marzullo, 2023). To date, OOOOOTech is the first in Brunei that mentions of ‘phygital transformation’ and in the global literature there are only 9 academic research on ‘phygital transformation’; the earliest in 2022. Hence, OOOOOTech is the pioneer of phygital transformation.
Since management systems evolve faster than organizations do for fear of missing out (FOMO) or stuck in digital obsolescence, previous end-users may revisit OOOOOTech after 5 years for request of revamping or rebuilding to new systems – thus the reason why OOOOOTech is one of the early adopters of phygital transformation that constantly reskill and upskill its expertise through Agile DevOps methodology.
